Foxes, Gloves, & Grace  in Love

Today I said no to a day trip to New Orleans with one of my closest friends because I must be at home & (at least) be available to my 17 year old daughter during her dance dress rehearsal. This is my last year before I turn 40 and step into the second half of my life. It is my turn to be still this year & make private comments on what I observe. "Foxes, Gloves, & Grace in Love: Aubrey Listens" is my go to for fighting words. Maybe you can relate to my most private thoughts; often, what is best left unsaid is what can be read here, keeping incognito with the last half of my year before the rest of my life begins.  This is 39.
